For 2024, Valence is partnering with MIT’s Technology Insights Group to tackle the topic on everyone’s mind - How will AI transform L&D?

The early evidence is in — GenAI will transform the world of leadership development.

It will offer mass personalization at scale, a world where every manager and employee can get both tailored guidance and day to day support to do their leadership and collaboration work faster and better.

Talent leaders are already navigating these potential changes and are sponges for information, ideas, experiments, approaches and paths.

They face internal questions, possible hesitations, and are looking for help in building the path forward and producing the compelling case for change.

In this report, we’ll be combing insights from dozens of interviews and hundreds of survey responses to draw out the key trends, early explorations and emerging potential of AI in L&D.

The goal is to help talent leaders across all industries to navigate this unique moment — one equally filled with possibility and uncertainty.
